When you send an enquiry. Our contact form asks for your full name, email address, phone number, suburb, the service you need, how you heard about us, and a message.
When you call, email or visit us. We keep the details you give us so we can help you.
When you use our website. Like most websites, ours collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the links you click, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and how you found us (for example, through one of our ads). This comes from cookies and similar technologies, explained below.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, design and carry out the work, and follow up afterwards.

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we may share a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address and phone number you enter with Google. This lets Google work out which of our ads led to your enquiry. Your details are scrambled in your browser before they're sent, so Google receives the scrambled copy, not the details themselves.
Our website is hosted by Webflow in the United States, and the enquiries sent through our contact form are stored there too. Webflow delivers our pages through Cloudflare, which has servers around the world. Google may store and process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
